Directions:

Chop and combine all but frozen fruit (berries)

Store non-frozen fruit in vacuum sealed mason jars

Combine and store frozen berries in freezer

Combine 400g non-frozen fruit with 150g frozen berries each day

Divide into two serving of 275g for each meal
